What counts as a Yoodli roleplay?
Any practice session over 30 seconds counts as a roleplay, including AI sales roleplays, objection handling, pitch practice, and feedback on uploaded call recordings.
The Starter plan includes 5 lifetime sessions, Pro includes up to 10 per week, and Advanced includes unlimited roleplays.
Team and Enterprise plans include unlimited custom roleplays for every user, with scenarios built around your sales methodology, onboarding paths, and product portfolio.

Can my employer reimburse Yoodli?
Yes. Yoodli is reimbursable as a professional development, learning, or sales training benefit, and many companies cover tools like Yoodli under existing L&D or professional development budgets. Reimbursement is supported on the Advanced plan, and users can download a reimbursement letter directly from their Yoodli account to submit with an invoice.
For larger rollouts, most teams skip reimbursement and move to a Team or Enterprise plan with centralized billing, admin controls, and procurement support.

How do I get Yoodli for my team or organization?
Team and Enterprise plans are built for org-wide deployments and include custom AI roleplay scenarios, team and manager dashboards, rubric-based scoring aligned to your sales methodology, SSO, SCIM provisioning, LMS and HRIS integrations, and advanced admin controls. Pricing is custom based on team size and use case (sales training, onboarding, partner enablement, executive coaching, customer success).

What is the difference between Yoodli Pro and Advanced?
Pro ($8/month billed annually) is built for individuals who want regular practice and includes up to 10 roleplays per week, live AI roleplays, feedback on uploaded recordings, and access to the user community. Advanced ($20/month billed annually) is built for serious individual users and adds unlimited roleplays, data exclusion from AI training, and reimbursement as a professional development benefit.

Does Yoodli train its AI on my data?
No, not on paid business plans. On the Advanced, Team, and Enterprise plans, your roleplay data is excluded from AI training by default. On individual Starter and Pro plans, session data may be used to improve the platform.

Can I change or cancel my Yoodli subscription?
Yes. To change or cancel an individual plan, sign in to Yoodli, go to Account → Billing, and select your plan. Cancellation stops auto-renewal, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Yoodli does not offer refunds on cancellation.
